Taliya's Hollandaise

Ingredients
1 Egg

1 Cup Melted butter

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Paprika

1/8 tsp Pepper

Shake of Cayenne

1/2 Fresh lemon

Preparation
Separate yolk and white of one egg.


Add salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and any extra seasonings to yolk in a medium bowl.


Add 1 drop of butter, wisk. Add another drop, wisk.

Increase to 2 drops. Gradually increase the amount of butter you add in with each stir until

all the butter is added.


Add fresh lemon juice and tweek seasonings if desired.
